What are the hours of operation?

What time does the line start forming?

The line begins forming at Dusk. It is recommended to show up approximately an hour before then to avoid the long lines.

How long does it take to go through the haunted house?

That depends on many factors. When you arrive with your tickets in hand you will wait to enter the haunts. Once you enter, you go through at your own pace so the length of the experience varies from group to group. To walk through both haunts might take 45 minutes, plus time in line.

Does Full Moon Manor offer group rates?

There are no online or walk-up group sales.

Are there any age restrictions to enter?

There are currently no age restrictions at Full Moon Manor Haunted House

Does Full Moon Manor accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Do you take American Express?

We honor Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for both online and on site sales but no, we do not take American Express.

Can I buy tickets in advance?

Tickets can only be purchased at our ticket booth

Are the monsters allowed to touch you?

The actors in Full Moon Manor Haunted House will not touch you.

Are there any age restrictions?

Full Moon Manor Haunted House currently has no age restrictions.

Can I take pictures?

Yes and No. Be prepared to take lots of picture with roaming characters and at the many free photo ops at Full Moon Manor. Take as many pictures as you wish in the outdoor areas, but please know that there is NO PHOTOGRAPHY OF ANY KIND ALLOWED INSIDE THE HAUNTED HOUSES. Please be sure to put your phones away securely before you enter the attractions. Phones and other belongings are easily lost and often broken inside haunted house environments, so please secure your belongings and focus on enjoying the experience!

Does Full Moon Manor Haunted House offer a Military or First Responder discount?

We unfortunately do not offer any military or first responder discount.

Is Full Moon Manor Haunted House wheelchair accessible?

With a great portion of our attraction being outdoors, we do not recommend anyone needing a wheelchair going through the attraction.

Is there a lot of smoke in the haunted house?

There are areas in our attraction where fog effects are used. Please be advised before entering.

Can I go in if I’m pregnant?

It is not recommended to enter our attraction while pregnant.

Is it dark?\

We do have areas in our attraction where you will need to navigate in the dark.

Is it a maze? Can I get lost?

It is more of a trail instead of a maze which ensures you do not get lost.

Can my friends and I wear our Halloween costumes when we come to Full Moon Manor Haunted House?

Absolutely! We encourage it!

Are your attractions open if it rains?

Most of the attraction will be closed if it rains.

Once we’ve used our ticket can we go through again with the same ticket?

No. A new ticket is required for each visit.

Do your attractions have security?

We do have onsite security at our attraction.

Can we be thrown out of the property for any reason?

Yes. We do not allow foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, alcohol, etc. We have a list of rules just like anyone else that must be adhered to for your own safety.

Those in violation of these rules may be asked to modify their behavior or leave the property without a refund.

Do you serve alcoholic beverages?

No, and they are not allowed on the property, so please do not bring any.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking and Vaping are only allowed in designated areas outside. Smoking and Vaping are NOT allowed indoors, in the queue lines or midways.

Can we take flash photos of your haunted houses?

No photography of any sort is allowed in the haunts. Haunted houses are dark and people’s eyes (especially the actors) adjust to the low light. When you flash your camera you’re not only ruining other customers’ experience but you’re hurting the actors’ eyes.

Although no photography or videotaping is allowed inside (including nightshot), the monsters working outside will quite often pose for pictures.

What can’t we bring with us/do inside your haunted houses?

No backpacks. No pets. No weapons. No alcoholic beverages. No photography of any kind. No strollers. No children under 5. No carrying children of any age. No smoking. No vaping. No laser pointers or flashlights. No food or beverages. No large umbrellas. No costumes, masks or props. No touching the props or actors.

Do you sell food, beverages and souvenirs at your attractions?

Yes. We have an expansive gift shop with all kinds of creepy goodness so bring your holiday shopping list and get some folks crossed off that list early. We have a variety of food and non-alcoholic drink options in our Monster Midway along with photo ops aplenty and games for your enjoyment.

Are the attractions the same this year?

The themes of our attractions change dramatically each year. Expect new effects, sets, and scares!

Is this the haunted house where there are 13 floors and when you get to the top you get your money back?

No, despite what your cousin may have told you…there is no such haunted house.

Can we win free tickets?

Occasionally, radio stations or sponsors may have free ticket giveaways.
